Joy Foundation has been running a temporary accommodation/Bed & Breakfast establishment for Vulnerable persons in various London Boroughs since 1991 and has an outstanding reputation built over the years.
Well Established
We have been a provider of temporary accommodation to Newham Council for over 30 years and are well established within the Borough, providing accommodation to various services within Newham (Adults and Children’s Social Services as well as Housing). We have also, on occasion provided accommodation to several other boroughs at their request.
Constantly improving and modernising
Our brand-new, state of the art building located at 79 Prince Regent Lane will be our newest addition to our establishment, providing an outstanding quality of temporary accommodation unmatched anywhere else in the borough.
Excellent Transport Links
79 Prince Regent Lane is situated in an excellent position for transport links. There are two bus stops located directly outside the building. Plaistow underground station is only a 20-minute walk away, providing easy access to central London or further out towards Essex.
